Description

This intern position is for IoTG China Strategic Business & Solutions Team and help fuel the growth of IOTG and operational excellence.

Responsibility:

-Assist marketing collateral development

-Assist employee communication development such as group newsletter etc.

-Major marketing event execution support, event management support

-Desktop market research and help conduct market analysis report including competitor analysis, customer segmentation etc.,　if need for business exploration and assessment

-Data mining and data analysis for business need

-Assignment status tracking internally and across functions and groups

-Ad hoc assignment on training courses, lab management and controls

Preferred Qualifications:

-Needs to work for 4 days per week at least for 6 months.　

-Good communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated, proactive, with a can do nature

-Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

-Proven ability to influence across organizations

-Initiative, creativity and flexibility in managing complex situations on a day to day basis.

-Detail oriented and can be a good team player

-Always looking to improve efficiencies and embrace change.

-Relevance experience from school projects or MNC internships are plus

Minimum qualifications

-Must be pursuing a Bachelor''s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or business related field.

-Good understanding of the principles of business development and marketing.

-Be comfortable working in a self-directed environment.

-Possess excellent English/Chinese written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong analytical abilities.

-Familiarity with Microsoft* Office*, in particular Excel* and PowerPoint*.

-Excellent teamwork and collaboration.　

-Self-starter with great attention to detail. Disciplined and results oriented to produce deliverables on schedule.
