1. HR Intern, Recruiting Team
Responsibilities:
1. Support recruiting team with daily admin job
2. Support for the recruiting channel development and maintenance
3. Responsible for candidates approaching
4. Other task assigned by leader
Requirements:
1. Good English communication skill
2. Good at reporting and data analysis
3. Proactive and quicker learner
4. At least 3 days base in office

Responsibilities:
To create / update / coordinate to make HR reports as required
根据需求定期创建、更新,整合HR相关的报告
To analyze HR information from various channels /sources to provide reports as required
根据需求分析从各种相关渠道获取的HR数据,并提供报告
To monitor HR tools to ensure data integrity on given HR areas to increase quality of the reporting
负责HR各系统的数据维护以便于提高其他HR相关部门的报告质量
To contact with HR head to collect HR related information and make consolidated HR reports as required
与HR负责人沟通,根据需求收集相关HR数据并整合报告
To identify issues and problems through the reporting activities and make suggestions to optimize existing processes & tools
从报告中发现问题,并对于流程或系统给出最优化建议
Support other HR projects/programs as request
根据要求为其他HR项目提供数据支持
Requirements:
Bachelor degree & above
本科学士学位及以上
English fluency ( spoken, written, reading)
英语流利
Excellent Excel skill (pivot tables, formula...)
熟练的Excel技能(数据透视表,公式…)
Good PowerPoint skill
良好的PPT技能
Min 1 years in reporting / analytical function with MNC
至少一年跨国公司的数据分析及报告制作相关经验
Excellent communications skill
优秀的沟通能力
HR knowledge or experiences in using Platinum, Workday or other HR tools is a plus
拥有Platinum, Workday或其他相关HR系统经验者优先考虑
