-表现优良者有机会转为管培生作为集团重点培养对象
Objective
To identify the high potential and outstanding graduates to establish an international HELLA talent network.
The best candidate with excellent performance during internship/probation period will be selected to HELLA International Graduate Program. He/she will be direct mentored by the Top Management of the division during the whole program and coached in cross functions both in China and Germany. He/she will be sent to Hella headquarters in Germany for at least 3 months.
Task/Responsibilities
Controlling
1.Support consolidation of China monthly reports, deviation analysis, comments including forecast and budget.
2.Support consolidation with the factory operations analyst to ensure that finance data is timely and accurately input in SAP and the data warehouse system.
3.Provide data support for any finance activities
4.Support the controller to standardise the factory analysis reports
5.Support the controller to ensure factories follow standard processes and disciplines
6.Involvement in the further development of concepts for improving the recording, analysis, modeling, presentation and administration of controlling-related data in cooperation with the organizational units responsible.
Finance
1.Support all accounting related tasks
Qualification:
1.Graduates with bachelor degree
2.Majored in Accounting or Financial related
3.First relevant practical experience (at least one internship of four months)
4.English fluently
5.Intercultural experience beneficial
