Job Description:
1.Following company’s business strategy, define 1-3 years’ category strategy and growth plan.
2.Set product positioning based on brand strategy and positioning.
3.Responsible for company gross margin and price guideline.
4.Plan and roll out yearly new product launch waves. Manage product portfolio and product life cycle.
5.Work out product USP and sales story to differentiate core strength against competitors.
6.Develop promotion program, selling material and selling tools to the trade, designers and consumers.
7.Provide training contents and organize training courses to relative function teams.
8.Work as the key team members to provide inputs on product display, communication and training, etc.
9.Monthly review main competitors’ performance and provide market study report.

1.Monitor and optimize the new store opening process.
2.Build showroom image by assisting in new store concept development and concept upgrading, monitoring the on-site renovation quality and soft finish.
3.Coordinate the internal and external team to ensure the store can be opened timely and smoothly.
4.Assist the head of marketing in showroom project briefing and execution.
5.Provide regular tracking report and showroom database management.
