Job Title: OPS Intern

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

System Operation monitoring
• Monitoring kinds of monitoring system and escalated to related SE
• Following the standard process to confirm the issue then report to related SE to follow up
• The monitoring shift handover and send out daily report
• Maintaining the server and network equipment and having ability to solve problems.
• Other related works in Ops department.

Requirements:

• Computer major related.
• Familiar with the technical support system environment in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010 etc.
• Understanding of mainstream server and network equipment. Familiar with Cisco router/switch and wireless network device is a plus.
• Experience in system operation and monitoring.
• Have good knowledge of windows server. Such as windows 2008, IIS 7.0 and SQL server 2008 is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Good service conscious and strong team work spirits.
•
