工作职责:
 Maintain staffs’ information in HR systems (e.g. SAP, Platinums) timely and accurately;
 Follow related SOPs to administrate payroll related affairs (salary, social benefit, mandatory/supplementary insurance, tax filing, report generation, etc);
 Assist payroll manager to support internal/external audit;
 Manage vendor’s performance (FESCO, Generali, Deloitte, etc) via regular review meeting and appropriate escalation;
 Support payroll manager to optimize payroll process;
 Other projects/tasks assigned.
任职资格:
1. 5-7 years relevant experience
2. Familiar with China Labor Law, social security and tax related regulations
3. Experience of payroll end to end process would be advantageous (from data collection to GL posting)
4. Knowledge of SAP and Platinum is preferred
5. Vendor management and project management experience is preferred
Core competencies:
1. Initiative, independent and able to work under dynamic environment
2. High sense of responsibility and be sensitive to numbers
3. Strong communication and problem solving skills
4. Good command of spoken and written English
5. Excellent computer skills with proficient on MS Excel
