Position: JUNIOR CONSULTANT / RESEARCHER

Responsibilities:

? Involve the whole process, including job analysis, intelligence collection, screening, interviewing, evaluation, reference check, and other communication work, etc.

? Analyze industry and market research
? Make cold call and target potential candidates (direct search)
? Filing and ensuring the proper documentation of our clients assignment folders　
? General administration work
? Be in charge of the company Database (E-staff)

Profile:

? Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Economy or related discipline is preferred.　
? 1 or more years of relevant functions in a consulting environment will be an advantage (i.e. market research, strategy, or in an internal consulting department)　
? Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities　
? Good presentation and communication skills, able to acquire information by desk research, telephone interview and in-depth interview with third parties　
? Ability to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure　
? A self-starter, result oriented, with a high degree of self-confidence
? Good spoken and written English is a must;
? Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Clear minded, with strong sense of responsibility and team-work spirit　
? Good manner, mature/pleasant personality and professional image
