Position：Team Assistant Intern - Shanghai Location：Jinqiao, Shanghai (with shuttle buses to cover most areas) Job Description: - Reserve meeting rooms per requests - Get approvals for travel requests - receive visitors, prepare invitation letter and visitor offices - Be as check person for the team members’ expense claims - Manage office supplies, including stationery, business cards, etc. - Be as the interface between the team members and the function teams - Help on the other requests asked by the team members Qualifications: Excellent English (both written and spoken); Can promise to take internship at least 3 days per week and last for 6 months; Needs to be proactive, take initiative when needed, and anticipate; Needs to manage issues independently and know whom to involve; Excellent communication skills.
