Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell实习生招聘 OPM Office Administration Position：OPM Office Administration Location：Shanghai Jinqiao Office Park Job Description： - Responsible for order administration and fulfilment for inter-unit business; - Build periodical delivery plan and ensure its implementation; - Timely end to end delivery to customer,issue export clearance documents; - Improve customer satisfaction continuously and handle customer complaints; - Submit invoicing application to financial dept. to book revenue and guarantee its conformity to revenue recognition police; - Revenue booking forecast.Inventory (FG/OG)status management. - Reponsible for export document returning ,scan,filing.
